According to a statement by the state government, non-commercial motorcycles are permitted to operate between the hours of 6 a.m. and 9 p.m., but commercial riders are prohibited.
“Please be informed that the Niger State Government has banned completely the operation of commercial motorcycles within Minna, the state capital.” The state government said.
The state govt noted that the restrictions begins from 9pm to 6am.”
