Prince Adejobi while reacting to the Killing said the Inspector General of Police has ordered the Lagos State Police Command to send in its report about the issue to guide him on the next line of action.
He however said the Police Force is doing everything within its powers to address the issue of brutality by its officers and the rank and file.
He also condole with the family of the deceased Lawyer on the unfortunate incident and the Nigerian Bar Association.
He said the Nigerian Police Force will not shield anybody who has been involved in bad behaviour or Extra Judicial killing for whatever reasons.
He also urged the Public not to start the blame game but to look at the bigger picture which is the loss of live of the Lawyer which is what cannot be undone.
He disclosed that it is quite unfortunate that an Assistant Superintendent of Police in charge of the team was the one who fired the fatal shot.
