Yola High court on Monday sentenced former Governor Bala James Ngilari of Adamawa State to five years imprisonment without fine option over corruption related cases.
In his ruling, Justice Nathan Musa said the prosecutor has proven his case beyond reasonable doubt. He however sentenced the ex-governor to five years jail term without option of fine.
