Delta state Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa has signed the Anti-Open grazing bill into law.
The bill was signed at the council chamber with speaker of the State Assembly and other cabinet members in attendance.
Recall that Southern governors forum had set September 1st deadline for the promulgation of the Anti-Open grazing law to address the incessant clashes between the farmers and herders.
