One of the spokesperson of the PDP presidential candidate Charles Aniagwu says the continuous attack on the former vice president Atiku Abubakar by the G5 Governors is brightening his chances in the February the 25th presidential poll.
Speaking in Asaba, Mr Aniagwu said the incident in Oyo state where supporters chanted the name of Atiku Abubakar in the presence of the G5 Governors clearly shows that people want the PDP Presidential candidate.
“You saw what happened for those of you who are very vast, and have the time to watch television what happened in Oyo State where one man wanted to ascribe himself the power to decide who the people should vote for.
“The people exercising their Democratic and constitutional rights made it very very clear that Atiku is their choice.
“Because of that continuous attack, we now have much more support in the North than we were having before.
“In the South that is now home to PDP, he has helped to brighten our chances in the North that has more than 58 of the voting population in this country.
“We see ourselves not scoring only 25 percent in 19 States but winning more than 80% of those states,” he added.
