Abductors Of Col. Yandoto, Children Demands N5m Ransom

Abductors of Zamfara retired Army Colonel, Rabiu Garba Yandoto and his two children are demanding the sum of five million naira ransom for their release

The Kidnap Victims were ambushed and whisked away to an unknown destination on Sunday, first January along Gusau-Tsafe road while on his way to his hometown, Yandoto

The Gunmen had earlier demanded fifty million naira as ransom for the release of the three Victims, but after series of negotiations it was reduced to five million Naira.

They however warned that no amount will again be reduced from the five million Naira

The Abductors called a relative to the Victims who pleaded annoynimity and ordered that the money should be paid soon

Police in Zamfara says troops are working round the clock to ensure safe rescue of the Victims and also to apprehend the perpetrators.

OSUN GROUP MEETS TO CANVASS VOTES FOR TINUBU/SHETTIMA

A former Deputy Governor of Osun State, and the Coordinator, Asiwaju Superwomen, Titilayo Laoye-Ponnle has again assured Nigerians of a secured and economically viable country if Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is elected president of Nigeria.

Titi Laoye-Ponnle was speaking at an engagement meeting with coalition of Support groups for the Party’s presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu held at the SWAGA campaign office in Osogbo, the Osun State Capital.

Seated in this auditorium are Coordinators and chairmen of Support groups for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The strategic engagement is the first of its kind aimed at discussing ways to convert the number of supporting groups into votes in the February 25th presidential election.

One after the other, coordinators of the various political support groups present their scorecards.

Addressing the participants, Titi laoye-ponle says the former Lagos State governor is a candidate to beat considering his unprecedented achievements in Lagos.

She said members of her group are already working in their various units to deliver 95% of votes from southwest for the APC presidential candidate.

For the Deputy Director in the directorate of Support groups of the APC Presidential campaign council, Ayo Omidiran, she urged coordinators of the various groups and their members to intensify their efforts.

The strategic meeting according to the convener, Ayo Omidiran would be a continuous exercise to ensure the party’s presidential candidate emerged victorious at the polls.
