Niger state governor Abubakar Sani Bello said seven local government areas are currently under siege by bandits in the state stating that insecurity has become a major cause leading to the growing number of out of school children in addition to the size of the state.
The governor disclosed this at the flag off ceremony of the national campaign of out of school children in the north central region of the country.
