TVC N. Training on ethics, attitudinal behaviour and interpersonal communications are ways to facilitate productivity of employees at the local government level.
Sole administrator of Ejigbo Local Council Development Area, Ibrahim Adigun made this known at the 2017 human capital development training for junior staff in the local government.
He said it is part of Governor Akinwunmi Ambode’s plans to enhance easy administration in the 57 local government areas, and to also aid better interrelationship between staff and members of the community.
