TVC News National Assembly Correspondent Sumner Sambo reports that they were demanding an unconditional reversal of the senator’s suspension.

It’s nine am and workers, parliamentarians and visitors heading for the  National Assembly complex approach the complex only to find the gates blocked by protesters.

The protesting crowd keeps growing as they make their demands for the immediate reversal of Senator Ali Ndume’s suspension through a ten-point.

The gates remain barricaded and no one comes out to attend to the protesters who maintain that Senator Ndume was unjustly suspended for six-months.

They described the procedures for Ndume’s suspension as vindictive asking Senate President Bukola Saraki to urge his colleagues to reverse the suspension or risk an impeachment.
