The House of Representatives has rescinded decisions on three gender bills earlier rejected during the consideration of bills for amendment of the 1999 constitution.
The lawmakers have now agreed to reconsider bills Citizenship for foreigners married to Nigerian women, 20 per cent reservation of party positions to women, indigeneship for women married to men from states other than their own states
The decision is coming at a time civil society groups, have occupied the National assembly, demanding for a revisit of the Gender equality Bill
