Effective leadership in Nigeria, according to Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, is reliant on how much people want to be guided by divine precepts.
He made this remark at a Christian leadership summit held in Lagos.
The VP urged Nigerians, particularly Christians, to fulfill the great commission of proclaiming the gospel and living by its principles.
“There is immense advantage in the word of God,” the vice president emphasized. There is reason to be optimistic. The Bible is a solid foundation upon which civilization can be formed… The gospel has benefited every society on the planet.

He exhorted Christians to embrace honesty and diligence, which the Christians of old were known for in their workplaces, in order to make the world a better place.
