Nigeria’s Super Sand Eagles on Thursday left Nigeria to participate in the 9th FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup finals, in the Bahamas from April 27th to May 7th.
8 out of the 12 players travelled on Thursday night along with the coaches and backroom staff.
The rest of the squad will leave on Tuesday, with only one official to travel with the team.
Coach Audu Adamu says the team is battle ready to give their best to the biggest stage in world football.

Nigeria finished 7th at the 2011 edition in Italy.
