Head Coach of the Super Eagles, Gernot Rohr, has announced the names of 25 players for the France camp of the national team ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers in June.
Rohr has surprisingly left out Chelsea attacker, Victor Moses and Turkey based midfielder, Ogenyi Onazi.
Instead, Chelsea fringe player Ola Aina has made the list of players which will play French regional side, Corsica, before a final squad is unveiled for the qualifiers against South Africa.
Also excluded from the squad are injured Captain John Mikel Obi and goalkeeper, Carl Ikeme as well as strikers Brown Ideye and Odion Ighalo who play in China.
Four players from the local league made the list.
They include goalkeeper, Ikechukwu Ezenwa, the MFM FC duo of Stephen Odey and Sikiru Olatunbosun and Alhassan ibrahim of Akwa United.
