Nigeria’s Super Eagles played out a 1-1 draw in a friendly match against French regional side, Corsica. The Nigerian team led by Elderson Echiejile conceded an early goal scored from the penalty spot.
But Kelechi iheanacho rescued the game for Nigeria with an equaliser in the 80th minute.
The friendly game went on as scheduled despite the state of emergency declared by the French Government in the area.
9 players made their debut for the Eagles in the game.

The Eagles next play Togo on the 1st of June.
