The Intergovernmental Authority on Development, IGAD has set up a Multi -Donor Trust Fund to help in the reconstruction of Somalia.
The fund will support and facilitate the creation of an enabling environment for refugees who are returning to Somalia on voluntary basis.
This comes after the Kenyan government continues to insist that it will close Dadaab camp which is home to 900,000 refugees from Somalia .
