The former Governor and three others are challenging the Jurisdiction of a court in Katsina state, to preside over a twenty two count charge suit bordering on misappropriation of Eleven Billion naira Local Government funds filed against them by the EFCC.
The Attorney General of Katsina state Ahmad Elmazruq observed that the appeal was an attempt by the Appellant to delay the trial before the Katsina state High Court.
