Members of Mubi Emirate Council in Adamawa state have sued for peace among all Nigerians, urging all hands to be on deck for the unity of the nation.
This call came following the three months quit notice ultimatum issued by some Northern Youths to the Igbo community residing in the north,
The Emir of Mubi, His Royal Highness Alhaji Abubakar Isa-Ahmadu, made the call while receiving the delegation from Search for Common Ground in his palace.
He however commended the contributions of various Non Governmental Organisations particularly Search for Common ground in its peace building intervention which he claimed has been long awaited.
The royal father said involvement of the traditional institutions in security matter is a sure way out of the quagmire the nation is experiencing.
