The Chairman of the National Sports Reform Committee, Godwin Kienka, has blamed the Sports Ministry for undermining elections into the Sports Federations.
Some contestants are still protesting their exclusion from the elections.
The Sports Ministry disqualified Brown Ebewele after he had won election as Technical representative on the board of the Athletics Federation of Nigeria, AFN.
The Ministry also excluded AFN Presidential candidate, Kayode Thomas and George Ashiru of Taekwondo.

Tijani Umar and Ahmadu Musa-Kida head two groups of the Nigeria Basketball Federation, NBBF, after two separate elections were held in Kano and Abuja.
