Financial crisis has forced Zimbabwean national carrier, Air Zimbabwe, to sack about two hundred staff.
The airline which owes nearly $300 million is reported to be restructuring operations in order to bounce back to profitability.
The workers asked to go home, represent fifty percent of the airline’s workforce.
The airline has come under ban by the European Union due to safety concerns on the state of its Aircrafts.
