The Ondo state House of Assembly has confirmed eighteen commissioner nominees sent to it by the state governor.
Two of the nominees, Taofeek Abdulsalam and Olawumi Edet who are former lawmakers were asked to take a bow.
The remaining sixteen nominees including two media gurus, Yemi Olowolabi and Doland Ojogo took their time before the whole house.
Shortly after their appearance, they were confirmed by the lawmakers.
Two of the nominees expressed their readiness to work for the development of the state and were full of praise for the lawmakers.

With the confirmation of the nominees, the stage is gradually getting set for the swearing in ceremony.
