Residents of Kano State, Northwest Nigeria have joined their counterparts across the globe to celebrate the 2017 Eid-el-Kabir.
The residents converged on various Eid prayer grounds across the state to offer their congregational prayers.
Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje, Emir Muhammad Sanusi II as well as many other prominent personalities also observed the morning prayers.
In his Sallah message, Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje congratulates Muslims and charged them to be security conscious through out the season.

Governor Abdullahi Ganduje appealed to Kano residents to continue praying for the President and Nigeria’s peace.
