England midfielder, Dele Alli, could face punitive action from the world football body, FIFA, for a gesture he made during the England’; 2-1 win against Slovakia at Wembley stadium.
Alli made the gesture which he said was towards England team mate and Manchester City defender, Kyle Walker.
Alli has apologised on social media .
The incident took place in the 76th minute of the match after the 21-year-old was denied a free-kick following a tackle from Martin Skrtel.
The world football body could review the incident with Alli facing possible retrospective action, depending on what French referee Clement Turpin includes in his report.
