Ondo state is set take a drastic step to address the failure of many residents of Akure to secure approved documents for their buildings.
The state Commissioner for Uurban and Physical Planing, Sola Amodeni who disclosed this in Akure, says sixty percent of houses in Akure have no approved documents.
He added that eighty percent of hotel structures were not approved by the state government.
