General manager of the agency Olalekan Sulaiman noted this during an induction ceremony held for new officials of the agency.
He said the increase in the spate of building collapse in Lagos could be traced to the use of fake materials by quacks.
Sulaiman further stated that the era of building without approval and use of sub standard materials is over as the agency will be working with appropriate agencies to sanction erring builders.
