The protest started when one of them had his arm broken while his two passengers sustained varying degrees in an accident they claimed was caused by alleged extortion by some policemen stationed close to a police station.
Immediately the accident happened, the police officers fled the scene but the commercial motorcyclists demanded for justice saying the police caused the accident
