A Federal High Court in Abuja, presided over by Justice Babatunde Quadri, has voided the suspension of Senator Mohammed Ali Ndume (Borno-APC) and ordered his reinstatement.
Ndume disclosed this in Abuja at a briefing on Friday.
Though he has served out his suspension, Senator Ndume said he feels fulfilled as it will serve as a lesson to the Senate.
Ndume, who represents Borno South Senatorial District, was suspended in March.
Quadri ordered Senate President, Bukola Saraki and the Senate to ensure prompt payment of Ndume’s salaries and allowances.
