The Appeal Court sitting in Ado Ekiti has reserved judgment in the appeal filed by a member of Ekiti State House of Assembly who was sacked by a lower court in July 2016.
Arogundade Musa who is still in the House is challenging the judgment of the Federal High Court which favoured Obayemi.
Both the appellant and the respondent belong to the same party, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
Obayemi came second in the party primary in respect of Ado Ekiti Constituency One seat in Ekiti Assembly but the ticket was given to Arogundade.
