At the inauguration, the Secretary to the State Government said it has become imperative for the state government to take measures towards ensuring smooth delivery and sale of petroleum products across the state.
He added that erring marketers found hoarding or diverting petroleum products will be sanctioned accordingly.
The Committee Chairman said henceforth, Petrol stations across the state would be operating from 7am to 7pm daily.
