Governor of the central bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele said the apex bank will continue to partner with relevant stakeholders to increase access to credit facilities for small and medium scale enterprises.
Speaking with business correspondents after a retreat in Lagos, the CBN Governor wants beneficiaries to also fulfill their part of the bargain.
