Police in Zamfara State said gunmen have abducted two adult children of Yahaya Chado, the member of the House of Representatives for Maradun-Bakura Federal Constituency.
The kidnappers invaded the lawmaker’s home village at Gora in Maradun Local Government.
Zamfara Police PRO, Mohammed Shehu said three persons were killed and four others wounded during the attack in the early hours of Monday.

The News Agency of Nigeria quotes an eye witness saying the abductors came on 20 motorcycles and shot sporadically in the air before going to the house of the victims.
