The management of Bayelsa Power Distribution Company says power supply in some parts of Bayelsa state will improve when upgrading and installation of facilities at the transmission station in Gbarantoru is completed within three to four weeks time. Speaking exclusively to TVC, Managing Director, Bayelsa Power Distribution Company, Olice Kemenanabo called for patience while the work is being done to address epileptic power supply in the state.

normal business activities of the people, particularly residents of the state capital Yenagoa.
The Assistant General Manager, Technical Services Port Harcourt Region, Engineer Daniel Udofia was at the Gbarantoru Transmission Station where an ailing 40 MVA Transformer will be replaced by a 90 MVA Transformer to deal with the pipeline power supply experienced in recent times.
