The Plateau State Governor, Caleb Mutfwang, has appointed Transition Committee Chairmen for the seventeen local government councils of the state.
The Speaker of the Plateau State House of Assembly, Ayuba Abok, read the governor’s communication with the names of the interim transition committee chairmen for all the local government councils during plenary Friday.

The development has it that the former chairmen of Shendam, Mikang,Pankshin, Bokkos, and Jos South Local government areas were among those who returned to serve as interim chairmen, while the rest are new ones.
