President Muhammadu Buhari says he will punish any security agency found to be culpable in the Dapchi schoolgirls abduction.
He stated this during his visit to Yobe state.
Buhari was received by the Governor Ibrahim Gaidam, Borno state Governor, kashim Shettima and others.
The president who is visiting the state three weeks after Boko Haram gunmen abducted 110 schoolgirls, says his government will rather negotiate than use military action to release the girls.

He is expected to travel to Dapchi to meet with parents of the schoolgirls after meeting with security personnel and stakeholders in the state.
