Plateau State governor, Simon Lalong has declared dusk to dawn curfew on Bassa local government and other areas affected by herdsmen attacks.
More than 30 people have been killed in these communities despite military operation. The restriction starts Wednesday midnight.
Meanwhile, seven persons were injured in Rafiki and Dutse Kura communities of Bassa Local Government Area of Plateau State during a fresh attack by suspected herdsmen on Wednesday.
Although the number of deaths has not been confirmed, it was learnt that one of the persons shot by the assailants have been declared missing.
