An Abuja high court, has adjourned to March the 15th for ruling on an application by former PDP Spokesman, Olisa Metuh requesting permission to travel abroad for medical treatment.Metuh who appeared in court on a wheelchair, to continue his defence of the seven count charge the EFCC leveled against him, and his firm , had through his lawyer, applied to be allowed to travel to the United Kingdom for medical treatment.
Presiding judge Justice Okon Abang requested both the prosecution and defence lawyers to address him on whether the court should grant Metuh’s request, considering that he previously dismissed two similar application
