Russia says it is watching closely London’s role in marketing Russian debts to investors.
This is consequent upon ideas floated by British Prime Minister, Theresa May, to limit London’s role in selling Russian debts.

Russia noted that such ideas of limiting access to its debts, if implemented, would be harmful for Britain’s relations with other investors.
On whether Austria could mediate between Russia and Britain in the case of a spy poisoning in England earlier this month, a Russian government spokesman made it clear in a conference call that Russia needed any voices that can help London see sense.
