Kwara State Governor, Abdulfatah Ahmed has offered a N5m (five million naira) bounty for anyone that has information on persons responsible for the Offa armed robbery attack. The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Media and Communications, Muideen Akorede who disclosed this said the bounty was placed in order to get useful information that could lead to the apprehension and prosecution of the robbers.
He expressed the Governor’s sadness over the gruesome killings of innocent indigenes of the state and has directed security agencies to be on top of the situation by quickly apprehending the culprits.
