The Department Of State Services has released Former Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Mr Abdulrasheed Bawa.
He has been in detention for 135 Days.
Mr Bawa was released on Wednesday Night.
A new Chairman was confirmed for the Commission a week ago by the Senate.

The New Chairman, Ola Olukoyede, has since resumed Office.
