Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun has commended the judiciary for standing firm in support of truth and justice.
He made this known in Abeokuta while commenting on reaffirmation of his victory by the Appeal Court sitting in Lagos.
It was another celebration of victory by members of the All Progressives Congress in Ogun State who joined the State Governor, Dapo Abiodun to rejoice, as the Appeal Court sitting in Lagos confirmed the ruling of the tribunal on the petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party Governorship candidate, Ladi Adebutu.
While commending the people for their support him before, during and after the election, the Governor appreciates the Judiciary for standing firm in support of truth and justice.
He also extended hand of fellowship to the members of the opposition party to look at the interest of the state and support his administration in facilitating development in the state.
Members of the National Assembly and the representative of the All Progressives Congress say the Judiciary has reaffirmed the choice of the people of the state and congratulate the Governor for the victory.
The Governor also used the opportunity of the event to restate his commitment towards developing Ogun State.
