The Supreme Court is set to deliver a judgment in an appeal that was filed in 1958.
Justice Emmanuel Agim who read the lead judgment on the appeal filed in 1958, also read the lead judgment in another appeal filed in 1995.
He held that the gravity of injury suffered by the appellants should not be encouraged.
