The Nigeria Police Force, Kano Command has inaugurated a Police Duty Solicitors Scheme Advisory Committee in the state.
The advisory committee is created as part of reforms by the Inspector General of Police and the Federal Government.
Officials of the Nigeria Police Force, Kano Command, other security agencies and the judiciary converged on the officers mess for the inauguration of Police Duty Solicitors Scheme Advisory Committee.
The initiative is part of the reform program of the Nigeria Police Force.
The Police Officials discuss the efforts law enforcement agencies are providing in the state.
The Kano Commissioner of Police, Usaini Gumel inaugurated the committee.
The committee is expected to ensure everyone’s life is protected and none is left without access to legal services.
