Stakeholders have stressed the need to prioritize capacity building for Nigerian students to enhance their productivity and prepare them for global challenges.
This came to the fore at a capacity building seminar for Over one thousand students of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso.
One of the major challenges facing Nigeria is youth Unemployment.
This however can be attributed to a number of reasons including lack of employability skills.
This capacity building workshop is another strategy towards equipping students of this University with necessary skills and information that will make them self reliant.
The Guest Speakers tasked the participants to build strong network, embrace new challenges and opportunities for growth and development.
The Programme was organized by the Alumni Association of the University.
The Capacity building has as its theme, “Stepping stones: building your path to success after graduation.
