The death toll resulting from the outbreak of cholera in Lagos State now stands at 29 from 24 earlier reported.
Commissioner for health, Prof. Akin Abayomi while giving an update on the outbreak noted that out of the 579 suspected cases only 43 cases have been confirmed so far across the 20 local government areas in the state.
Number of suspected cases have significantly reduced from the peak in the last one week.
