The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has fixed 18th September to decide the fate of Abdullahi Ganduje as current National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress.
This is as a result of the suit instituted by the APC North-Central Forum which seeks an order of the Court removing Mr Ganduje from office on grounds that he is there unlawfully.
The plaintiff claimed that Mr Ganduje is from the North-West, but it is the turn of the North-Central to produce the National Chairman.
