Zamfara state Governor Dauda Lawal is happy with the relative peace the state is enjoying at the moment.
He is also commending Security operatives for sustaining the peace in the state while urging them not to relent.
Over the years, Zamfara state has witnessed pockets of attacks and
kidnapping for ransom in some communities, however, that situation is gradually changing as there is relative peace now in the state.
Governor Dauda Lawal is not taking the glory alone, he is also
appreciating security agencies for putting their best in restoring peace.
In the same way, the governor is calling for prayers and supports from Zamfara residents in tackling insecurity in the state.
Governor Lawal spoke at a dinner organized in his honor as he bags an award for project innovation’ at the Nigeria Excellence in Public
Service Awards 2024.
The Governor believed that his administration successes hang on the
shoulder of the people of the state. So he was quick to dedicate his
award to the people of Zamfara for their support, describing it as a
motivator.
Mr. Lawal further appeal to government officials at all levels to
redouble their efforts in the Zamfara rescue mission to deliver
dividends of Democracy to the People.
