Kebbi State Governor Nasir Idris, has inaugurated the Ease of Doing Business Council and the State Action Committee on Framework for Responsible and Inclusive Land Intensive Agricultural Investment, (FRILIA).
At the inauguration ceremony in Birnin Kebbi this Thursday, Comrade Nasir Idris, described the two committees as critical investment institutions to accelerate the economic development of Kebbi State.
Both the 14 member Business Council and the 12 member Action Committee will be chaired by the Governor.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony Governor Nasir Idris commended efforts to ease business activities and to create a level ground for Business and investment in the state.
Governor Idris described the new move as a strategy for evading the economic hardship in the country.
He added that his administration has created a framework for land acquisition and resettlement of agricultural investments.
