Former Commissioner for Information in Zamfara state, Suleiman Tinau Anka has denied the story making the rounds that he has joined the zjaji-led APC faction.
The former Commissioner in a short video that went viral on Social media says he remains a bonafide member of the APC recognised by the party’s National Secretariat which is led by the former Zamfara Governor and now Minister of State For Defence, Bello Matawalle.
The former commissioner noted that his picture and that of Reps. Member Aminu Sani Jaji which enemies of progress according to him were using to cause disunity among Zamfara APC members was snapped when they met at the National Assembly Complex, Abuja while on a different mission
Mr. Suleiman Anka added that he has not joined the Jaji’s Camp of the APC and will never do as he is committed to true democracy.
“I wish to make it clear to the public especially my political leaders and supporters that I have not joined the Jaji’s faction of the APC and will never do” Anka Said.
“The picture I snapped with Hon. Aminu Sani Jaji at the National Assembly Complex was just mere picture and does not mean I left my political boss, Ex- Governor Bello Matawalle and the APC recognised by the National Party” he added.
” As Zamfara Indigene, anywhere I meet someone from my state, I should extend pleasantries irrespective of Political difference and that was what happened between me and Hon. Aminu Sani Jaji but some enemies of progress were busy sharing and giving it a meaning ” he explained.
