The Senator representing Zamfara West at the National Assembly, Abdul’azeez Yari Abubakar arrives his hometown, Talata Amfara to address mammoth crowd ahead of the planned nationwide protest against the federal government.
Senator Yari who was a former Governor of the state join other well meaning Nigerians to appeal to citizens to embrace dialogue rather than embarking on protest over alleged bad governance.
Zamfara is one of the states facing hardship as a result of the removal of fuel subsidy by the Tinubu’s administration and attacks by armed bandits for many years.
Speaking to thousands of his supporters and other Zamfara residents, Senator Yari urge Nigerians to give the Tinubu’s administration more time to fix things as the federal government is committed to improving the lives of all citizens.
It would be recalled that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu signed the N70, 000 Minimum wage, allocates 20 trucks of rice to each of the thirty six states and FCT among other gestures to alleviate the suffering of the masses.
