The Chairman, Mr. Emeka Beke went to court to challenge the dissolution of elected state party officials by the National Working Committee for alleged anti party activities.
Justice Sika Aprioku in his judgment nullified the dissolution on the basis that the National Working Committee does not have the power to carry out such action.
