The Care taker committee, All Progressives Congress, Benue State chapter has said it is striving hard to unite all aggrieved members in the party.
Chairman of the Committee Benjamin Omale said this during an interaction with newsmen at the APC Secretariat in Makurdi.
Omale who said the committee has been given a tenure of six months to run the affairs of the party , intimated that already a reconciliation committee has been constituted to tour the 23 local government areas of the State to achieve its mandate of reconciling all aggrieved parties.
He assured that before the expiration of their term, this will be achieved.
While appealing for partnership between the media and the party, he admonished journalists to uphold professionalism by ensuring accuracy and correctness in their reportage.
He further urged them to engaged in developmental journalism by projecting the developmental strides of Governor Hyacinth Alia.
